Tracy Morgan is the shit. He was hilarious on SNL for many years and plays the role of Tracy Jordan on 30 Rock perfectly. Check out this vid of him from before 30 Rock. I'm not sure I buy that he's drunk, he just has an over-the-top personality. Fucking hilarious regardless.
